    Please Note:

    • Mimecast expect to see 10:1 closed business ROI on any MDF granted
    • Partners are expected to lead, organise and drive joint marketing activities with the support of the Exclusive Networks and Mimecast teams. This responsibility includes providing registration, webinar and mailing platforms, providing and managing contact data, and managing the venue if applicable.
    • Any granted funding will not be released to the partner until all required proof of performance has been received. This will vary depending on the campaign, but as a minimum will include MQLs and SQLs from the activity, visual evidence and copies of third party invoices.
